The course is led by a Certified Spartan SGX Coach In this half day outdoor training session you will: - Learn the techniques & hacks , and practice all the major obstacles: Climb, Swing, Crawl, Carry, Lift, Throw, Pull - Understand and practice which techique to use depending on the conditions (mud, rain, cold, heat, your energy level) - Practice running on technical terrain and understand pace, stride, uphill, dowhill running, power hicking - Get ready with a race simulation to test your tenacity and grit ! - Get Nutrition and Hydration Race information (pre-race, during the race and post race) - Understand the Mental and Physical Preparedness to Obstacle Course Racing - Learn to live the 7 Spartans Pillars (Endurance, Strength, Athletitism, Recovery, Nutrition, Mind and Code) - Learn and Embrace the Spartan Code - Get your Special Course memento to celebrate and brag !
