Learn how to run efficiently on hills and technical terrains. - a must for your Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training! Over the course of those sessions you will learn and master: - uphill strides and efficient running techniques - how to tackle steep inclines - power hicking - form and technique for downhill running - hill training and load carrying techniques Our sport-specific sessions are developed based on the sport you play. Our highly qualified team of fitness professionals take the time to customize a workout plan that is geared towards your own individual goals and objectives, all while factoring in training periodization based on the time of the season.
