In this half day outdoor training session you will:

Learn the techniques & hacks , and practice all the major obstacles: Climb, Swing, Crawl, Carry, Lift, Throw, Pull

Understand and practice which techique to use depending on the conditions (mud, rain, cold, heat, your energy level)

Practice running on technical terrain and understand pace, stride, uphill, dowhill running, power hiking
